The Green Bay Packers losing streak came to an end at four games as the Packers picked up a 20-3 win over the visiting Los Angeles Rams. The team is now 3-5 on the year.
The 20 points the team scored was just their third 20-point game of the season and their first since week four against the Detroit Lions. Quarterback Jordan Love played one of his better games of the season, throwing for 228 yards and one touchdown on 20 of 26 passing. Additionally, it was the first game since week two that he didn’t throw an interception. Running back Aaron Jones also tacked on 73 yards and a touchdown. The Packers didn’t trail once in the game.
The team’s defense also stepped up in a big way. In addition to holding the Rams to just three points, they only allowed 187 yards of offense and forced two turnovers.
The Packers will look to build on this as they head to Pittsburgh to play the 5-3 Steelers on Sunday, November 12th.
